1. Registration fee – Rs 2 000 …
2. All payments should be done to Bank of Ceylon, Torrington Branch, Account no 77412924 …
3. Mention your name under depositor’s name and address, your NIC no. and “Registration for 3 day workshop” under purpose of deposit on the bank slip
4. After the payment please fill the Registration form and submit it online.
Please note if you fill the registration form without paying the payment your registration will be automatically rejected 30 minutes after the submission.
