Your details will be displayed only when you send a new request such as a foreign leave application, grade promotion application, vehicle permit application etc with the new covering letter attached to it (with your contact details).

When your request letter goes to the EC branch they enter it into the system and paste a system generated bar-code to your request.

Then at each stage after approval, they scan the barc-ode and the system gets updated.

When the final approval comes, you should get an email & sms alert.
