Good Intern Programme (GIP)
is an innovative concept pioneered by the Society for Health Research and Innovation (SHRI) guided by the vision to generate self-satisfied Intern Medical Officers with competence, compassion, and capability of delivering optimum patient care. It was first launched in 2013 and continued annually in collaboration with relevant stakeholders and eminent academics involving all medical faculties and this year will mark 11th iteration of the GIP.
