2. If i dont attend the 11 day course do i get a chance to attend after post intern period ?

Your salaries will be differed after 5 years. your other benefits will be differed according to the 7/2007 circular
Your Post Graduate training may be affected
To overcome those hurdles you have have to sit for 2ry language exam which is common for all government servants with a theory paper and a viva (Theory paper similar to O/L 2ry language paper)

After you got through the final MBBS & EPRM examinations.
